Volt Search Group was built on nearly two decades recruiting for oil & gas, power generation, and manufacturing — long enough to see what most search firms get wrong: they take on too many clients to actually know any of them well.
So we don't. We work with a limited number of searches at a time, on purpose. That means every role gets our full attention, every candidate gets a real conversation instead of a form email, and every placement is one we'd put our name on.
